Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Conditions") apply to all orders and contracts concluded via the Erdecoshop.de website. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. The seller is Erdecoshop.de. The customer is the person who orders products from the website.

2. Formation of the Contract

The products on our website do not constitute a legally binding offer. Your order is considered a purchase offer. The purchase agreement is concluded as soon as we send you an order confirmation by e-mail. If a product is out of stock or the delivery is delayed, you will be informed and have the right to cancel the order.

3. Prices, Payment, and Retention of Title

All prices are in Euros (€) and include the statutory VAT applicable in Germany. Shipping and delivery costs are not included in the price and are shown separately at the end of the ordering process. Accepted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, Klarna, Sofort, and bank transfer. Refunds are made using the original payment method. The delivered products remain the property of the seller (Erdecoshop.de) until all payments have been completed. In the event of late payment, the seller reserves the right to reclaim the products.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Orders received from Monday to Friday until 2:00 PM are usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days. The delivery time within Germany and EU countries is on average 3 to 10 business days. Delivery times for international shipments may vary. Shipping costs and detailed information can be found on our "Shipping & Payment" page. If you notice any damage or missing items, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to return the ordered products. The withdrawal period is 15 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the products. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us with a clear statement (e.g., by e-mail to info@erdecoshop.de or by filling out our return form on the website).

Return Conditions:

  • The returned products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused.

  • If the product was not defective or delivered incorrectly, the buyer bears the return shipping costs.

  • After the returned products have been received and checked for their condition, the refund will be made within 10 business days at the latest.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been custom-made, cut, or personalized according to customer specifications.

  • Once the original packaging (protective packaging) of a product has been opened, it cannot be returned because it is no longer resalable.

6. Warranty and Liability

Your statutory warranty rights in accordance with the German Civil Code (BGB) remain unaffected. The warranty period is two years from the delivery of the product. If you discover a defect, you must notify us immediately. The seller's liability is limited to intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is limited, except in the case of a breach of essential contractual obligations. This limitation does not apply to damage to life, body, and health.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

Your personal data is processed exclusively for order processing and within the scope of legal requirements in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). 8. Copyright and Content Usage

All texts, images, logos, and designs on our website are protected by copyright. Any copying, reproduction, or use of this content without the express written permission of Erdecoshop.de is prohibited.

9. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our company is willing to participate in a consumer dispute resolution procedure.
