Our Return Policy (in accordance with §355 BGB)
At Erdeco Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. Below, we have detailed the return procedures you may encounter with products you have purchased.
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 15 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 15 days from the day you received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us via a clear statement (e.g., by email). Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Exceptions: Customized products such as photo wallpapers or cut-to-size films are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Return Conditions
15-Day Return Right: You can return the wallpapers you purchased within 15 days from the delivery date. Within this period, the products to be returned must be unopened, unused, and undamaged.
Custom-Made Products: The right of return does not apply to goods made to order (picture/photo wallpapers) or goods produced according to the buyer's wishes (cut self-adhesive films), please refer to our General Terms and Conditions.
Shipping Fee Responsibility: The shipping/delivery fee for returned products is borne by the customer. Once the returned products reach us, your payment will be refunded after checking for compliance with product conditions.
Opened, Used, or Damaged Products: Opened, used, or products found to have a defect not caused by shipping will not be accepted for return. Such products, when determined to be defective or used after inspection, will be sent back to the customer. We kindly ask you to carefully check your products before returning them.
Original Label Requirement: Returned wallpaper must be free of defects and undamaged. We do not accept wallpaper without an label located under the film. The label is not part of the packaging but of the wallpaper; it contains its identification and production batch and is an integral part of the wallpaper.
Packaging and Accessories: It is important that returned products are sent in their original packaging and complete with all accessories.
Return Process
Initiate a Return Request: For products you wish to return, we kindly ask you to first contact our customer service. You can start the process by sharing your return request and product information.
Product Shipment: After receiving confirmation from our customer service, you can send the product to the specified address (which will be communicated to you after your request), either with our contracted shipping company or a shipping company of your choice. Don't forget to share the shipping tracking number with us.
Inspection and Refund: Once the returned products have arrived, they will be carefully inspected to ensure they meet the return conditions. For items that comply, the refund will be processed — depending on your bank’s processing times — within 14 business days at the latest.
