  • Carriers: DHL and UPS; you receive tracking by e-mail.

  • Prices in euros: you pay in the same currency you see in the shop.

All details can be found on the page shipping and delivery.

Payment and returns

You pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal or bank transfer. Unopened, unused rolls can be returned within 15 days; the conditions are in our return policy.

Tip: better to order everything at once

Because the flat shipping rate applies per parcel, it pays to buy the entire quantity – including a spare roll – in one order. This has a second advantage: all rolls then come from the same production batch, and there is no colour difference between the strips. Calculate your number of rolls with the wallpaper calculator.

Keep the weight in mind when planning: wide rolls and glass fabric are heavier than narrow non-woven wallpapers. Larger orders may therefore exceed 10 kg and are then calculated by weight.
